Sysco Benefits Update
November 28 - December 11, 2015
If you wish to make changes to your benefit enrollment choices, please follow these steps.
Changes can ONLY be made to the following:
- Health Care Spending Account
- Wellness Account
- Benefit Premiums
- Long Term Disability

Step 1: You must be signed on to a SYSCO network company computer. If you do NOT have access, please see your HR Representive at your location for help.
Step 2: You will need your Employee Number (you can find this on the top-left hand corner of your paystub under "File")
Step 3: Go to: http://nationalbenefits.sysco.ca and type in your Employee Number.
Choose Fresh Point Vancouver for location
Step 4: Adjust your choices and click on Submit Form
Step 5: Logout and you are done!
